Senior Product Manager - Commerce

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Senior Product Manager - Commerce to drive the strategy and execution of key initiatives that deepen the relationship that customers have with us. This is a unique, hands-on role that blends the responsibilities of a Product Owner with the cross-functional coordination of a Program Manager.
You will be the central point of contact for projects that fuel our commercial growth, working at the intersection of Product, UX, Engineering, Data, and Merchandising to translate business goals into tangible product features and seamless user experiences. What You'll Do
Own the Roadmap & Backlog: Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for our commercial growth squad, ensuring it aligns with company-wide strategic objectives.
Bridge the Gap: Act as the key liaison between technical and non-technical teams. You will translate complex business requirements from stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, and Operations into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications for our Engineering and UX teams.
Champion the Customer: Develop deep customer empathy through user research, data analysis, and direct feedback to ensure our commercial experience is intuitive, valuable, and user-centric.
Drive Execution in an Agile Environment: Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement, to ensure the team delivers high-quality work on time.
Be Data-Informed: Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for your initiatives. You use data from A/B tests, user analytics, and financial reports to make informed decisions and iterate on features.
Manage Cross-Functional Programs: Lead complex initiatives from ideation through launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring all cross-functional dependencies are managed and stakeholders are aligned.
Innovate and Experiment: Proactively identify and scope new opportunities for growth, whether it's optimizing our digital box experience, developing new pricing and promotion tools, or improving our subscription management experience.
What You'll Bring
Experience: 4+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or technical Program Manager role, preferably working with consumer-facing digital products.
Proven Agile Experience: A strong understanding of Agile principles and a proven track record of managing a product backlog and leading scrum ceremonies within a development team (e.g., using Scrum or Kanban).
Cross-Functional Fluency: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. You are comfortable and effective when talking to developers, designers, data analysts, and senior business leaders.
Customer Empathy: A genuine passion for understanding user needs and a demonstrated ability to translate those needs into product solutions.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are a proactive, hands-on problem-solver with a 'get-it-done' attitude. You are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills; you are comfortable using data to drive decisions and measure success, with experience in A/B testing platforms.
Preferred
Experience in e-commerce, subscription-based business models, or a dedicated "Growth" team.
Experience incorporating user research into product discovery
