About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Care Expert to support our English-speaking customers. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for our community, helping customers through a variety of channels while delivering friendly, effective, and solution-focused support.

You’ll work closely with our Lisbon team to ensure every interaction reflects the Marley Spoon experience—supportive, efficient, and customer-focused.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for English-speaking customers across phone, email, chat, and social media

• Provide timely, thoughtful support while resolving customer questions and issues

• Make outbound calls to engage with customers and help strengthen long-term relationships

• Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve our proactive customer care approach

• Take ownership of projects from planning through execution and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English (required)

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early, late, or overnight schedules

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A genuine passion for helping customers and improving their experience

• Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to problem solving

• Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable applying new knowledge quickly

• Passion for food is a plus
