We’re looking for hands-on Production Associates to join our Production team in Sydney (Wetherill Park NSW 2164).
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — helping to prepare, handle and pack high-quality products that bring joy to our customers’ kitchens.What you’ll do

• Receive, handle, pick and pack products following procedures.
• Accurately record and track work using our systems and tools.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process; inspect products for damage or defects.
• Monitor shelf life and expiry dates to minimise waste and maintain product freshness.
• Report issues or discrepancies to supervisors early to support smooth workflow.
• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and workplace policies.

What you’ll bring

• Availability to work 5 days per week, with flexible start times from 4:00am (shifts may vary).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy — you notice issues and take action.
• A proactive, team-first attitude — you jump in where needed and support your crew.
• Clear and respectful communication with team members and supervisors.
• Reliability — you show up ready to do your part in getting meals out the door.
• A safety-first mindset that cares for yourself and those around you.
• Previous experience in production, warehouse, or food handling is great — but not essential. We’ll give you the training you need to succeed.
