MarTech Manager (CRM)

About the Role
As a CRM Manager and part of the CRM team, you will be responsible for the performance of our tech stack. Acting as a bridge between CRM and the product and data team to ensure data accuracy, you will also inform and train the CRM managers about best practice to make the most out of our CRM tool, Iterable.
While deep technical understanding is required, this role is one of a project manager and coordinator towards the data and product team. The main tool you will be using, for example to write snippets and QA workflows, is Iterable.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor data flow and accuracy together with our data and product team.
- Raise and investigate bugs in the scope of CRM campaigns.
- Investigate and improve channel-specific set-ups such as in-app templates.
- Inform and train the CRM managers on best practices and new features.
- Be up to date with industry trends and scope technical set ups to uplevel our campaigns execution.
Your Profile
- 3–4 years of experience in MarTech.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Iterable or Braze, including script languages such as Handlebars.
- Deep understanding of data design and experience with software such as Snowflake, mParticle, Segment, Amplitude, Zapier, n8n, etc.
- Experience working with remote, globally distributed teams.
- Analytical mindset with an eye for detail, a drive for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English.
