Compensation & People Data Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a Compensation & People Data Manager to join our People & Culture Team in Portugal. You’ll lead global compensation and people data initiatives, from annual reviews, benchmarking, and job leveling to equity programs and pay equity analysis. You’ll also own our HRIS, ensure data accuracy across systems, and deliver insights through advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global compensation and equity programs including salary benchmarking, job leveling, and incentive plans (e.g. RSUs and stock options) and ensuring alignment with our company’s strategy and a strong, equitable reward framework across regions.
- Own compensation reporting, delivering insights into pay equity, gender pay gaps, and compensation trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage our HRIS as the global owner, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms and processes.
- Deliver meaningful people analytics, including quarterly reviews and ad-hoc reports that support leadership, compliance, and performance management.
- Partner with Finance and Legal to support internal audits, ensure data compliance, and maintain accurate documentation related to compensation and equity.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Finance, or similar. CCP/GRP is a plus.
- Ideally, 2–3 years in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a global, data-driven role.
- Knowledge of equity programs (RSUs, options), pay equity, and benchmarking.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau).
- Good communication skills; comfortable presenting to non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR) and compensation management tools.
