As an Inventory Manager at Marley Spoon, you will support the Nieuwegein FC in becoming the site with the highest inventory accuracy , the highest productivity with the minimum waste, while ensuring all employee’s mental and physical health on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously contribute to improving the safety of Marley Spoon employees
• Continuously contribute to improving warehouse processes and stock level accuracies
• Lead the Inventory team within the fulfilment centre in the execution of picking/counting/sorting to achieve and maintain optimum inventory stock accuracy levels.
• Ensure proper storage of the products in inventory to avoid infestation and wastage.
• Ensure FIFO and proper storage space management.
• Ensure regular communication with other departments in terms of reporting issues, replenishments and discrepancies in the stock levels.
• Coach and develop your team so they can grow within Marley Spoon 
• Ensure adherence to legislative & company safety policies and processes.
• Ensure singular full shift coverage in a double shift scenario when required
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, repacking and internal distribution 
• Responsible for setting up Warehouse layout and ensure efficient space utilisation
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees 
• Manage stock control and reconcile with existing ERP and WMS systems. 
• Produce reports and statistics regularly 
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided 
• Emballage stock and process management
